cervical cancer? don't smoke

ladies you know cervical cancer or kanker serviks? in the world, once in two minutes woman dead by this infection. in Indonesia itself, this cancer is the number one killer to woman. each hour one woman dead in Indonesia. and you know the worst? every range of age can infected by this virus of cancer.



i'm so worried about myself-infected-by this-virus so i search some article which will be helpful to make me understand more bout this killer. and guess what? i found something helpful that i'm sure you can do it.

Kendati kebanyakan infeksi HPV lenyap dengan sendirinya tanpa diobati, hal ini jarang terjadi pada perempuan yang merokok. Penyebabnya adalah asap rokok melemahkan pertahanan tubuh. Infeksi HPV berlangsung lebih lama pada perempuan yang merokok dibandingkan yang tidak, dan meningkatkan resiko kanker serviks. Sedapat mungkin cegah kanker serviks dengan menghindari merokok.

the article said that smoking make the chance infected by cervical cancer virus risk higher. it's another reason to say no to smoking, eh? *i still can get it why people love smoking too much. too bad.

Eiffel

France always be my deepest heart desire. i always want to be there, to learn, to live, maybe settle down. i was spirited when i read Sang Pemimpi by Andre Hirata. not means i'm in love with this country since i read 'em..it used long time ago. but if Andrea Hirata believed in his dream and he reached his dream finally, i have no reason for myself to let this dream get rid off.

France is not all about Paris. i'd like to see Lyon, Marseille, some little town, a farm town.. the vivid green of the grass, the woman in their traditional costume.. i'd like to see France in its plain way. the vintage of it instead all the glam side.

But of course Eiffel is the people dreamed of France after all :)

my batik class portofolio

hey what's up reader? doin your best for the  entire of the day? good, i do so, so let's give some cheers for us! :)

anyway like you all recognize, and i've write it in my profile too, i'm a visual communication design. simply called DKV, in Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. but i rarely found some of my artworks here hiyahaha... maybe some of you assumed that i'm not kinda productive produce any artwork. haha actually it;s not true at all. most of my time spent to make any artwork. yet, any doodles. hmm but honestly i'm kinda lazy posting picture even photo in my blog. right, i'm not kidding! even only retouched or adjust the size is not an exciting idea for me. so that's why some of my post contains text much and less picture huhu..

anyway i think today it's a good start. i'm gonna face new semester next month and well this is new year too so let's making positive change around. for the starting point i plan to post my college task regularly here, in this blog, cause God knows that i'm not so interesting with deviantart-which should be more compatible to post some artwork thingy, ask me why.

and trus me dude, being DKV's student's means lot of fun. lot of creativity, and loottt artworks to post. *teehee.

ehm.

for the last semester i've class named Desain Nusantara. all we do at class is mbatik. we started by making 40x 40 cm batik using kawung patterns. but for the next next projects we were able to make such modern batik pattern. My friend Uut ever wrote about our Desain Nusantara class here. 

i've made shawl with ITS -my uni.- theme. ITS is all about technical and blue. that's why you will see some gear in my shawl. and dont forget the logo of ITS itself.

actually i'm trying to take a photo when i was using this shawl. but too bad i'm not satisfied with the result.

this is the pattern which i drew all over the shawl. see some detail in left and right? it called isen-isen. 

which stands to umm..detailed patterns which made by canting. 
 isen-isen is what makes Indonesian batik looks so unique. the more it detailed, the higher it cost haha..

beside shawl, i made tote bag too! uhh i just love my handmade-batik-bag, but it hasn't return yet after i submitted it T_____T

just like the shawl, i made something too accompany the bag. in this case is kinda portfolio about the batik tote bag.

i'm in a rush making this porto so i just grab myself as the model haha..i'm wearing the tote bag!

i'm currently listening Vanilla Twilight by Owl City. over and over. haha..some of you may think that i'm act like a teenager but..admit it, this song just..bittersweet hihi..i just can't choose the best  part of the lyrics. the whole lyric is sooo.. me. haha.. laugh at it guys, but i'm tremendeosly looovvvee the song! the melody, the lyric, all!

a birthday cake from my colleagues. they came in 31st of December morning to give me surprise cake *honestly i already guessed it ;p*

really enjoyable moment to see Uut hard to opened her eyes, well that was still 5.30 AM! they were in a rush cause i'm gonna move to Jogja that morning.

so i swoosh the candle and i was so speechless and blank till i can't imagine any birthday wish. but now i can thinking about something. haha too late but here it is :

i hope i can be better person in any positive side each day. amin.

well seems familiar? haha looks like i always have same birthday wish every year. whatever, the simplest thing sometimes is the hardest to do! so just gimme your amin for it! :D

new year and birthday packed in one!

hello readers? how are you today! well first I'd like to say happy new year for you all! may in this year we improve to a better better person! amin! :) so how's your story in new year night? did you have fun? did you attend some cool party? i'm not attend any cool party but i really enjoy my last new years party night! ask me why folks!

for the first time since i was studying in Surabaya i spent new years outside Surabaya. and outside my dormitory room haha.. i never doin something special for nu yer occasion and for this yer, i mean last yer, in 2009 i have no idea why i should doin something different than before. but then the 8 Splendid guys, especially Reza begging us to attend 8 Splendid gathering in Jogja! well at first i wasn't into it too much 'cause idea having gathering instead of stuck in my room or sleeping wasn't attracted me much but then.. i change my mind. and thanks God! cause i reaalllyyy enjoy every moment!

i had submitted all my task on 30th so in December 31st i take the earliest train to Jogja. poor for Putu Ayu, my friend, she cannot attend the day, so i took the Sancaka Pagi alone huhu..

i arrived at Jogja around half past 12 AM then Reza and Handa picked me up and we went to their rent house. woohooo.. Fitra is already there, preparing all the things for the night. Yay!

we planned to make chicken satay but too bad we boiled the meat too long haha..so it gettin umm..brittle.haha.. actually we don't need to boiled it, but Daniar, who is pharmacist-to-be, really take care about the hygienic, so..just say we failed to make chicken satay!haha..

in the night we went out to take something before the proper meal. so we went to hot plate stall near Sanata Dharma Univ. (i pay the bill, as a birthday treating :p). Daniar, Zulfa, reza and his brother went to buy some gas to burn the chicken. but when they were back, they bring something for me too. yippiee..!

a birthday cake! the second of the day! :DD

don't ask me what i'm feeling. see in my very wide wide smile. oh guys i'm so melting! haha..
